your site allowed me to cancel a non-refundable booking (above). then i was told it was cancelled and YOU KEEP THE MONEY. can you please re-instate the booking?????? i called the hotel directly and they re-booked for me at a much higher rate and i have to pay the entire cost since you did the booking and they don't have any record of payment. this does not seem fair. is it too much to ask that you RE-INSTATE?????? IT IS CALLED COMMON COURTESY. either that or you are thieves. please respond ASAP. EMAIL IS BEBOSTONSTRONG43@GMAIL.COM
