    There was an error in my booking (OD-85923395) at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Hotel. As per my booking voucher I was to be booked November 11,2014 to November 15, 2014. I was informed that my booking was given to them for November 5-8 instead and was a no show. I spent 25 minutes on the phone around 10pm on my arrival date waiting to talk to someone and was instead hung up on, after calling again I spoke to someone after about 15 minutes, the representative then put me on hold again before I could protest leaving me for almost another 10 minutes before answering again.     Hi Caroline, I made a reservation this morning (Confirmation Number - OX-02017034), but I tried to get in touch with the hotel to list some preferences and i was told that there is no booking under my name. I tried logging on to my account at otel.com based on the password i was sent by email but could not do so.   • No confirmation for booking - rude staff



    I have booked a hotel in Zürich today. After I submitted my credit card information and pressed the submit button I got redirected to the homepage. After that I did not receive a confirmation email. I called the US number and got the most unfriendly woman that told me to wait 24 hours. Well I am booking a hotel for next week so time is literally money. Plus I have never experienced that you do not get a confirmation right away.     This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. I recieved confirmation for my reservation which has been payed for in full. Two days after recieving this confirmation, Otel.com's fraud department emailed me requesting copies of my passport, bank card and bank statements as they need to verify my identity.. I was shocked that a booking company was requesting such information. Sounded like a scam to me. So I ignored.     copy of email sent to metglobal and otel.com I live in Edinburgh Scotland and travelled in a group with 7 other young females, to Brentwood, Essex. We travelled with very limited cash which was why we booked and paid for our accommodation upfront with Otel.com. After arriving at the hotel we were advised that there were no rooms reserved for us.     I was charged a $27 foreign transaction fee for local travel.
